Terms and conditions
All dragons are healthy and feeding well at the
time they are shipped. Since I have no guarantee of their care
after arrival, my responsibility ends 72 hours after delivery.
Keep in mind dragons do need to adjust to there new cage and
surroundings. If we don't hear from you within 8 hours after
delivery I assume you are delighted with your new dragon and our
transaction is complete. Please follow my care instructions on
our website. Any questions please feel free to ask. Sex
of the dragon is not guaranteed on smaller dragons, but we do our very best.
We do Guarantee live arrival on the first delivery attempt. If
a package is delayed for any reason beyond our control, including
bad weather or interruption in service, we cannot guarantee live
arrival.
We use FedEx overnight for our shipments. We reserve the right
to not ship when temps are too hot or too cold. You will be
notified if this happens. We do combine shipping when ever
possible. Tracking numbers are provided.
If you do have a D.O.A. you must contact us within 3 hours of
delivery with a photo of the dead dragon. Please save all
package material as it may be needed to ship the animal back.
A refund will be issued for the price of the dragon only, not the
shipping fees. We do not cover vet bills. Keep in mind
dragons can go through relocation stress.
We represent our dragons honestly.
If the customer is not completely satisfied with their order and
would like an exchange, the customer must notify us within 5 days.
The animal must be returned to us prior to proceeding forward with
the exchange requested. The customer assumes all
responsibilities for the shipping cost and returning of the animal
in good health. The purchase price will then be applied to
another available animal. Any differences will either be
refunded to the customer or must be paid for (including the
additional shipping cost) by the customer prior to shipping out the
new animal.
We will never offer for sale or ship an animal that is known to not
be in perfect health. It is the buyer's responsibility to
quarantine newly purchased animals. We are not responsible for
disease transmission between animals.
WARNING: Bearded dragons, like many reptiles can carry salmonella.
It is important to sanitize your hands before and after handling.
Payment Terms:
We accept most major credit and debit cards through PayPal. A
dragon is not considered sold until a payment has been made. A
deposit of $50 is required to reserve or hold a dragon if payment
cannot be made in full at time of purchase. All deposits are
non refundable and payment in full must be made within 2 weeks.
If a refund is requested PayPal Fees of 3% are not refundable. |
